Need to discuss what needs to be done in order to be able to accommodate the band and patrons on friday 03/31/2023

Maintenance - deck.
landscaping, fixtures to block off certain areas of deck for the band.
need to be able to block back stairway leading to back deck.

Did anyone discuss electrical needs for the band?*

Contacte Brice he will come and look at landscaping this afternoon.

Marinos came and just showed him where chain/tape is needed on deck

Staffing - 8 servers and 4 bartenders, 3 bussers, 2 hosts

• cash bar on mobile bar with cash
• shane on expo, judi needs to be FOH
• assign one busser as barback for Tiki bar
• dont underestimate inside business potential/ overflow from outside
• maintain bathrooms

Prep:

• need to increase prep at the bars, glassware, pint glasses, wine glasses - need to buy?
• menu is confirmed, need to print menus, need to 86 all other items for that timeframe
• need to preshuck 2-3x's the normal oysters
• do quick inventory of juices, mixers

Bouncers: TBD/ Nick
Hosts - need one inside and one outside to manage seating guests and wait times
parking - contact the land owner?
