01/03 Roger Spoke with Kyle from Skytab. It sounds like an awesome system which can integrate inventory (food and alcohol) as well as a labor management integration (app for employees etc).

01/04 Met Skytab rep (Kyle) Demo provided and he had examples of POS and handhelds with him. POS integrates with a number of outside platforms (some are free) to make inventory and control easier.

Not going to go with new POS. Mike to look into Birch Street for inventory and get pricing quote
We are going to clean up and reconcile current POS system. Delete items not on menu or not specials

Also need to ensure that modifiers and add ons have correct pricing and that we are not giving away product for free.
