Corrected pricing on inside Bar beverages as only some were corrected. Added flavors to nutrl so we can better track sales

All drinks and beers/ bevs have been cleaned up and corrected (prices etc, duplicates)
Need to get with Judi and review any menu item food corrections needed
Also need to know what cocktail buttons are being used and not being used outside of the house cocktails
